What You’ll Do

• Maintain attendance and activity records

• Supervise and support youth participants

• Help coordinate weekly program activities

• Attend regular check-ins with the Program Coordinator

• Submit timesheets and updates as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Energetic, passionate about working with youth

• High school diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in high school

• 1+ years experience with elementary/middle school students

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (1+ years)

• Strong communicator with reliable transportation

• Punctual and consistent attendance

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• Chess experience is preferred

• Must pass a background check
