What You’ll Do

• Maintain attendance and activity records

• Supervise and support youth participants

• Help organize and run chess-based activities

• Meet regularly with the Program Coordinator

• Submit timesheets and program updates

What We’re Looking For

• High energy and a passion for working with youth

• High school diploma, GED, or currently in high school

• 1+ year working with K–8 students

• 1+ year using Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Strong communication skills

• Reliable transportation

• Dependable and punctual

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• Chess experience or interest preferred

• Able to pass a background check
