First annual Chess & Community Conference , Athens Georgia
Thank you for making the first annual Chess & Community Conference (CCC) in Athens Georgia a great success! What a great day it was, with youth chess teams using their minds in health competition, young scholars presenting their ideas in essays and speaking alongside civic leaders in a panel discussion, along with poetry and dynamic speakers to inspire all.
We are already in planning mode for next year's conference in Athens Georgia. We are also working to bring Chess & Community Conference to Atlanta and Macon Georgia with Athens Georgia to host the Chess Championship tournament.
